Sam Potts Reports on Action Around the Villages

Sherington:

  • Cllr Sam Potts has given £1,000 from his councillor's fund for a feasibility plan for a shop, coffee bar and post office facility in Sherington

  • Sam is delighted with the new Pavilion after working tirelessly with the Parish Council to get the building funded, built, opened and running

  • Sam was pleased to attend the Sherington Tree Planting along with Lib Dem Shadow MP Jill Hope. There was a good turnout despite the rain.

North Crawley:

  • Cllr. Sam Potts secured the money for a contract for a Lollipop Lady.

Chicheley:

  • Cllr. Sam Potts has got MK Council to draw up plans to sort our the parking problems in Bedlam Lane. He is also leading the negotiations in getting the finance to make this possible.

Stoke Goldington:

  • Sam Potts and Jill Hope would like to thank residents who reported to them the tree in Dag Lane that has recently blown over in the stormy weather. MK Council has agreed to deal with this. Sam says: "We rely on local residents to be the eyes and ears of our community."
