Labour plans to make local residents pay for putting out their rubbish has been condemned by Liberal Democrat Sam Potts.
Speaking today Sam Potts said “This is a really rubbish idea it will lead to a fly-tippers charter and make Labours streets even dirtier”.
“Labour must abandon this silly idea and listen to the legitimate concerns of local people”.
