  • Residents in Astwood have been troubled by Ragwort. The Liberal Democrat Milton Keynes Council have agreed to include it in their clearance programme this year.

  • Residents of Filgrave and Tyringham are pleased that the Labour Government has been forced to listen to local residents and have signed the by-law stopping anti social behaviour at Tyingham Bridge
  • Sam Potts was disappointed that the Planning Committee ignored his opposition to the commercial stables at Gayhurst – Sam’s concerns revolved around the visual impact that the site would have on some Grade One Listed Buildings.
  • Sam Potts has asked the council to look into the problem of large lorries going through Hardmead as well as people using it as a rat run.
  • Sam Potts is working on a solution to the car parking problems at Lathbury in partnership with the Chairman of the Parish Meeting.
  • Sam Potts has got the council to fix the street light on Cranfield Road, Moulsoe.
  • Sam Potts has got the council to put a safety surface under the see-saw and replaced the broken swing at North Crawley
  • Sam Potts has welcomed the Sherington Parish Council’s plans on the improved Pavilion.
  • Stoke Goldington residents will be pleased to hear that £15,000 is being spent on the immediate work for flood defence and land owners have been contacted. There is also a bid submitted for all the medium term work needed
