People looking for an apprenticeship or for a training course are invited to the free Connexions:MK Training Fair to meet local training providers with apprenticeships available in IT, admin, retail and care, plus opportunities for placements in gardening and childcare. Snacks and drinks will be supplied, as well as entertainment, including a DJ throughout the afternoon. Young people can also enter themselves into a free prize draw to win an Ipod Shuffle.

Connexions:MK is Milton Keynes Council’s advice and support service for young people aged 13-19 years (up to 25 years for young people with learning difficulties or disabilities) offering professional and confidential advice on a range of subjects from careers and education choices to drug and alcohol issues, relationships and finding a job.
